Geez, and I thought Virginia was bad. I’ve spent all week sequestered in a hotel in Burlington, Mass and working 12 hour days, with nothing to do for miles around.
In early Jan, I weighed 210. Then I saw this guy’s website.
That helped me to motivate to get in shape - I started working out on a step machine that we bought, watched the diet, and began working out with dumbells.
Now I’m 196 - almost halfway to my goal of 180 -my waist has lost inches and I’m starting to grow a muscle.
When I get home - I’ll put up the before and after pictures. Not bad for a month and a half.
