Latest in the house drama - we got another contract on the house this morning. This one about exactly 24 hours after it went online. Again, full asking price, ($5k more then last week) and again - deferring home inspection. This time our RealEstate agent (he doesn’t really look like Howdy Doodie in real life) made them sign away two of the three days for HOA docs. Plus they’ve already received ‘em.

So, basically they’re locked in - unless appraisal somehow goes lower then the last one.
