Yesterday I cut the cord – unplugged – cancelled the TV service to the home.
I’d been thinking about it for a while – I really don’t watch much television, and when I do – I tend to watch news. $100/month seemed like an unreasonable amount to spend for something that I didn’t really use. So, it’s now turned off.
Now I’m experimenting with XBMC plugins to see if I can do streaming CNN in that way.
