I rode my bike the 7 miles to work today. I live right off the W&OD trail and work is right off it as well. The hardest part was the half a mile dirt road from the trail to where it is paved again than trying not to get killed by my co-workers pulling into the campus.
But I feel great. Lets see how long that lasts.
